- Dee Cristo and others, Please read the thread and understand that many of us believe that vaginal birth is natural and what women were meant to endure as a result of pregnancy. Modern medicine has given us drugs and other means to challenge the pain of the experience.

- Sad that we are so inclined to change what WAS a natural process into a medical procedure. Csections carry a significant risk to the mother but also to a newborn who maybe born prematurely because of the choice of a date for an elective procedure.
